Premier Home Care

We provide cover ranging from 15 minutes to 24 hours per day, with a 24 hour on-call service within South, East & North Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway.  Our service is available to individuals on a private basis, in addition to clients contracted to us through the above Local Authorities.  Some of our client groups:

Service Charges

These are available upon request.  Invoices are issued every 28 days, or as otherwise agreed.

Written Agreement Terms & Conditions

After discussion, a copy of a signed written agreement/contract is provided for every client, before the service commences.

Care Plan

Each client is provided with a signed copy of their care plan, following discussion and agreement with him/her or a representative.  Each individual plan contains the following main information:

• The client's preferred name
• Personal dietary preferences/special needs
• Special communication needs
• Times, days and frequency of visits
• Details of service to be provided

The above care plan is updated and signed by the carer at each visit and reviewed every sixteen weeks by a Senior Carer, or sooner at the client's request, or if a change of circumstances dictate.
