Quality Assurance

 

PHC (SCOTLAND) Ltd regard this as one of the most important aspects of their business, we therefore have a separate Quality Assurance Department.  The information which is gathered by this department is analysed in great detail and used to improve the quality of the services which they provide.

The principles themselves are not care standards but reflect the rights you have as an individual.  They recognise that services must be accessible and suitable for everyone who needs them.  They also reflect that your experience of receiving services is very important and should be positive.

 

Staff Absence

We have procedues in place to ensure no client suffers in the case of staff absence.

 

If a carer fails to report for duty clients should, in the first instance contact our office on 01292 619444 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday - Thursday, 9am - 2pm on a Friday; or the relevant on-call number for your area outwith these hours (this can be found on the  inside yellow page of your Personal Care Plan).
