Premier Home Care (Scotland) Ltd is regulated by the Care Inspectorate, which undertakes regular inspections of all care services in Scotland.  The Care Inspectorate is also a point of contact for anyone who wishes to make a complaint about our services because they are dissatisfied with the outcome of a complaint made direct to us, or simply do not wish to go through our complaints process at all.
